My name is Taylor Schalk, I am a resident of the beautiful Rio Verde Foothills. I traveled to Arizona from the the polar opposite climate of Anchorage, Alaska. I personally prefer the warmer weather and am proud to say the Arizona sunsets and saguaros have my heart. I was raised in North Phoenix and had the opportunity to establish strong roots in the Phoenix area.

Not only am I a full-time Real Estate Agent, but I am also a full-time mother of four! I wake up blessed and grateful everyday that I get to raise my children surrounded by wildlife, mountains, and even livestock. When I am not assisting families make their big moves, I enjoy indulging in new books, podcasts, trail riding, hiking, volunteering with horse rescues and with the CCUSD, or finding the newest restaurant to try!

My approach to the Real Estate industry is a tad different than your average agent. I believe in quality over quanity. My goal is to ensure you have the best experience possible with what can easily become a stressful situation.
