Erica and Chelsea have been wonderful in finding our forever home. We were picky and a bit challenging but they continued to search for us and show us every home that we were interested in seeing. When we found the perfect home they were extremely knowledgeable in how to be creative to put the offer package together and great communication with the sellers realtor to make sure we were aligned with the sellers request and close the deal. This is our 2nd time using Erica as our realtor, the first time was to sell a home and move to Las Vegas. Due to the pandemic and family health issues in AZ, we decided in a very short timeframe to move back to AZ. Erica worked very closely with my wife and together got a plan of virtual showings. Erica and Chelsea were a fantastic team throughout the entire home buying process. Erica met with us at the beginning of our search and explained the process of a home purchase, recommended finance options, and home warranty plans. As a veteran, she also mentioned VA financing as well, and how they differ from traditional financing. They made themselves available throughout the week and weekend to show homes and to answer questions. When we were able to find our dream home in NC and secure an offer, Erica stepped in and got our home sold in 2 days. After 11 showings and 5 legitimate bids, our home was sold. What they do goes way past the realtor/client relationship. They care about you and it shows up in the obstacles they removed for our family in NC. You get what you pay for in this market. Our bids ranged from $10,000 - $25,000 over asking price and some had some contingencies on them that any seller would prefer to avoid, like exorbitant lease back prices.
