Before he was helping families find their dream homes across North Scottsdale, Matt Witherspoon was helping NetJets clients reach theirs in the air.

A licensed flight dispatcher for nearly two decades, Matt traded private aviation for Phoenix real estate in March of 2018, and he has spent the last eight years guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most stressful decisions of their lives. Originally from Ohio, he relocated to Phoenix 10 years ago, and he built his real estate business from the ground up.

That background shows up in his work every day. The calm-under-pressure mindset of flight operations, the attention to detail that came with serving high-expectation clients, and the steady hand earned over $100 million in career sales volume. He has also mentored multiple agents into successful careers of their own.

Matt serves the northeast valley of Phoenix and Scottsdale, with a primary focus on Desert Ridge, Grayhawk, DC Ranch, and the acre plus horse properties of Cave Creek and north Scottsdale. Trade-up buyers, second-home shoppers, and luxury-adjacent clients are his sweet spot.

His business is built on three simple words: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. He would rather tell a client to walk away from a deal than let them walk into a problem they cannot see, and that conviction is why so many of his clients become friends years after the closing table.

Outside of real estate, Matt is a man of deep faith, a devoted husband and father, and a believer in the patient long game in life and fitness. He enjoys time at the beach in Southern California, the occasional round of golf, and watching his clients turn the key on the next chapter of their lives.
