Tanya, “Coach T", or “T", originally from Alabama, has experienced life in various parts of the United States, having lived in the South, Midwest, and Southwest. Now calling Gilbert, Arizona home, Tanya has made her mark both in the corporate world and in her post-corporate pursuits.

With over 22 years of experience in corporate America, Tanya honed her skills in a range of roles, including retail, B2B sales operations, and data analytics. Her career provided a solid foundation in business and leadership, yet she decided to transition to a more fulfilling path that combined her passion for sports and working with young people.

After leaving her corporate career, Coach T dedicated herself to coaching junior high school softball and basketball, as well as a 12U travel softball team in Illinois. This experience allowed her to mentor young athletes, shaping their skills both on and off the field.

Upon returning to Arizona, Tanya pursued a new career in real estate. She obtained her real estate license and joined the Laughton Team with My Home Group. Her deep knowledge of customer service and attention to detail from her past career will lend her to quickly build strong relationships with clients and contribute to her team's success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, T enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing with her fur babies, and engaging in her love of travel and photography. Whether she is exploring new destinations or capturing beautiful moments through the lens, Tanya believes in finding balance between work and enjoying life's simple pleasures.
